That's what coaching with me is about.

I won't tell you what God is saying to you. I will listen, ask questions, challenge you when needed, and continually point you back to His Word as you seek clarity for yourself.

Questions Before Suggestions

I believe the best coaching starts with listening.

You already have experiences, wisdom, gifts, and a relationship with God. My job is not to come into your life with a list of answers.

It is to help you slow down, ask better questions, and recognize what may already be there.

In our conversations, we may explore questions like:

  • What is really happening beneath the surface?
  • What story have you been telling yourself about this?
  • Is that story true?
  • What does God’s Word say?
  • What belongs to you in this season?
  • What may God be asking you to release?
  • What is the next faithful step?

Curiosity over criticism. Questions before suggestions. God’s truth over the world’s noise.

You do not have to have everything figured out before we talk. That is often why we talk.

HOW COACHING WORKS

1. Start With a Conversation

We begin with a simple conversation about what you’re carrying, where you feel stuck, and what you believe God may be stirring in this season.

2. Meet Twice a Month

We meet one on one for two coaching sessions each month. These are focused, faith-centered conversations designed to help you gain clarity, process decisions, and move forward intentionally.

3. Stay Supported Between Sessions

You’ll have access to me between sessions for brief check-ins, encouragement, and accountability so you don’t feel like you have to wait until the next call to process something important.

90-Day Coaching Journey
