I believe God's opinion changes everything.
For most of my life, I have been a teacher, a leader, a coach, and someone who asks a lot of questions.
But underneath all of those roles is something much simpler.
I am a servant.
I don't believe I'm here to give people another opinion to add to all the other voices they already hear. My heart is to help people come back to God's opinion.
Because from the moment we're born, the world begins giving us its language. It tells us what success should look like, what makes us valuable, what we should fear, what we should pursue, and even who we should become.
And sometimes, without realizing it, we begin living according to a script God never wrote.
My work is about helping people recognize that script, bring it back to God's Word, and ask the question that has become central to everything I do:
What does God say about this?
My assignment has changed over the years. The One who called me hasn't.
I've spent much of my life teaching, leading, coaching, speaking, and helping people grow.
I've worked in education, leadership development, business, ministry, and coaching. I've written books, stood on stages, sat across from people one on one, and walked through seasons where God completely changed the direction I thought my life was going.
Through all of it, one thing has become clearer and clearer to me.
God wastes nothing.
The successes, the disappointments, the closed doors, the unexpected turns, and even the seasons that didn't make sense at the time have all taught me to listen differently.
I don't have to have every answer.
I don't have to know the whole plan.
I just have to stay close enough to hear the next instruction and be willing to obey it.
That's the place I want to help others find too.
You don't need another script for your life. You need to know the Author.
